A storm took down this big East Texas sweetgum. We sawed the 12'-6" butt log on our mill into 3-1/4" slabs, most about 26" wide. Some slabs have two live edges; others have one, where the log was wider than the saw. Very solid overall, with some punky spots at one end.

Slabs come with either one or two live edges; ask which edge style is available. Sold as-is only. A typical 3-1/4" × ~26" × 12'-6" slab is about $395. Narrower or one-edge slabs are priced by size. Buy one slab or the whole stack. We load with our skid steer at the mill.
